Site Manager

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Site Manager on a 6 month contract based in Norfolk.

Responsibilities of the Site Manager : –

The project is a 33kv Substation build and it is essential you have experience as a Site Manager on a Substation build to include Temporary Work Supervision.

The SM will have overall control and duty of care for staff deployed on their current projects comprising but not exclusive to Chargehands, Wiremen, Fitters, Fitter’s Mates, Technicians. They will also hold responsibility for installation activities delivering the product and solutions SAFELY to TIME ,COST and QUALITY requirements.

Requirements of the Site Manager :-

• CCNSG Safety Passport.
• SSSTS or SMSTS or LATS
• TPC (Temporary Works Supervisor)
• IOSH Managing Safety preferred.
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or demonstrated relative experience.
• Full driving Licence
• Experience in a capacity of leading others on an Electricity Supply Industry Construction site or similar (Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or general construction sites.
• Experience preferred in leading teams in site activities comprising of primary and secondary plant installation complying with Health and Safety, quality and environmental legislation and practice within a substation environment.
