Job Description

Our client is a leading Engineering company and is looking for an experienced Project Document Manager with vast Engineering Procurement Construction experience to join the team for a project based in Manchester. This is a 12-month contract with an option to renew.



Job Specification :

 Reports to:

TS Document Manager / Project Director

 Interfaces with:

Document Control, Project Planning, Project & Sub Project Management, Engineering, Quality Management, Suppliers, Customer

 Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Facilitate the production and maintenance of the Project Contract Deliverable list and the completeness of the Master Deliverable Register
  • Agreeing the format of the Project Documentation with the Customer and the Supply Chain as per the Contract.  (ie O&M Manuals, As-Built, Test Records)
  • Working with the Project team, Supplier and Subcontractors to ensure documentation is expediated to completion, in line with the programme
  • Working with the site team to ensure the coordination and compilation of site documentation, including:
  • Construction status drawings and Red Line Mark-Up’s,
  • Inspection Test Plans,
  • Site Acceptance Test & Installation Commissioning Records,
  • Subcontractor Test Records (Concrete Cube Tests / Weld Test records)
  • Expediate document related actions within the project team
  • Key contact with the customer regarding Project Document Management
