Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for HR Support for a contract position based in Stone.

               

Job Description

Our client is a leading engineering firm with a solid footprint within the power transmission industry,

 

HR Role:

Scope of HR Project Jewel support

Equivalent limited company rate £250 - £300/ day.  

Role outline

Supporting PG UK Build-Up Manager and Senior HR Leaders in the following tasks: 

Up to day 0

Support TUPE transfer process  (including engagement with employee reps, information and consultation process and production of all related documentation requirements)

  • Manage data accuracy in system in terms of PG heads up to day 0
  • Support integration of new payroll provider, alongside GBS team
  • Support with full delivery of project plan for HR workstream

 

Up to day 1

  • Ensure all HR and related processes and policies are replicated and updated for transition into new company
  • Working with CoEs and SCM ensure relevant benefits and company cars are novated and in place ready for day 1.  
  • Supporting all HR functional workstreams/ CoEs in delivery of project plan.
  • Supporting preparation and readiness of sponsorship license and immigration requirements for New Company.
  • Support Senior HR with any tasks related to set up of providers (occupational health, recruitment, Apprenticeship levy, training providers, etc),  for new company
  • Together with Senior HR leaders and Comms function, support with overall change management and comms plan for project.
  • Throughout project ensure working towards internal controls framework.
  • Any other project related activities as directed by the PG UK Build-Up manager and Senior HR Leaders.

 

Skills required:

HR professional. Demonstrable experience of working on complex HR projects, supporting comms, change management/TUPE.

Experience of working within three pillar HR model

High level of attention to detail

Ability to interact with all levels of management and different functions to leverage best outcomes

Result focussed

Recent TUPE experience – in and out would be good but in specifically is required

TUPE in the private sector

Working for complex, large matrix style businesses – for example some worked for companies with 1000’s of employees but no complexity in the structure i.e used to dealing with politics!
