Commissioning Manager - Senior Level x 2

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for 2 x Commissioning Manager – Senior Level on a 3-year contract based in Redcar.

Offshore operations (rotation: 21 days on vessel paid, 21 days off unpaid, 12h shifts, no nights)

This position falls outside IR35

The successful candidate will supervise all offshore activities with the responsibilities to prepare daily status reporting for management, to liaise with the Customer, Associated Works Contractors and installation management for coordination of activities with a special focus on any energization activities , to handle direct supervision and leadership of all offshore teams onboard, to handover to other rotation, to ensure respect of quality and manage priority of Quality inspector on board, to maintain effective EHS environment, including deployment of toolbox talks where appropriate and to have the vessel management with the support of Marine Operations Lead Responsible

Prior Onshore operations (standard weekly activity from Harbor), the SOV manager will support the Hub initially for kick off meeting and any required trainings on systems.

• EHS & Check training
• Onboard Welcoming & start up briefing
• Off boarding meeting
• Daily operations with Captain & proper record
• Daily supervisor meetings & proper record
• Quality inspectors’ management on the vessel
• Customer call daily
• Marine operations call daily
• Safety & ERP
• 3 days look ahead report
• Daily Progress Report for internal use
• Daily Progress Report for external/Client use
• Minutes of Meetings for all team meetings
