We are now offering the opportunity to join our business as a Business Administration / Recruitment Apprentice.
You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of recruitment, building your career from the ground up. You will start off assisting our admin team in day-to-day activities that are at the core of a successful recruitment business.
You will learn to be fully conversant in using our internal database and other software, keeping accurate and up to date records. You will also get involved with advertising job opportunities on our job boards and assist in various other office/administrative tasks. You will learn how to assist with processing of payroll, timesheets and invoicing.
Once you have mastered these aspects of the role, you will be given the opportunity to choose the path that fits your personality and ambition best and to move into more challenging areas of the business - whether that is the administrative or the recruitment side.
You should be an open and communicative individual with an eye for detail and a team ethic. You will need to be ambitious and self-motivated with a desire to learn and build a career for yourself.
