Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineers for a contract position based in London.

Responsibilities: -

  • High level Customer Service Skills and enjoys customer contact
  • High level of personal communications skills
  • Able to provide first line resolution over a wide range of issues
  • Confident and skilled in a MS Windows environment, using MS Office 365
  • Friendly and calming phone manner
  • Motivated and enthusiastic under pressure
  • Enjoys analysing problems and providing resolutions
  • Able to learn and react to changing circumstances rapidly
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Able to hold priorities and control in a pressured environment
  • Exposure to email usage and/or administration
  • Used to working in an end user environment
  • Microsoft based operating systems knowledge and experience of using
  • Basic Server admin (adding and creating users)
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Smart business-like appearance clean and presentable appearance.
